Dr. Karika Austin received her Doctorate of Leadership in 2024. She is an MBA Graduate from Webster University and is recognized as a distinguished leader in her field. Achieving the prestigious Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, she has served as the Area Director of the Founders District and held the positions of President and Vice President of Membership for the esteemed Toastmasters Dynamic Forcemasters Club #587 nestled in Downey, CA. During her tenure, Dr. Austin continued the club's legacy of President's Distinguished status for 45 years, achieving this remarkable feat within just one year in office.
