Dr. Karika Austin is a strategist, developer, and founder of Blu Dynasty, Inc., a multi-division company operating across business development, media, and investment.

With over 20 years of experience, she has worked across Fortune 500 organizations, government agencies, nonprofit institutions, and the entertainment industry. Her work centers on bringing structure to ideas, aligning strategy with execution, and creating systems that produce long-term results.

Her background includes collaborations with major entertainment companies, public sector initiatives, and national programs, including contributions to the White House initiative My Brother’s Keeper.

Dr. Austin holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Biola University. She earned her Doctorate of Leadership in 2024.
