Dr. Karika Austin is a visionary with strategic prowess, possessing a multifaceted professional journey that spans business development, client branding, marketing/advertising, and the vibrant world of entertainment (film/TV). With over 20+ years of hands-on experience, she has worked for and collaborated with Fortune 500 giants (OCTA, Foothill Transit, OJJDP, NAR, CAR, Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox, HBO, Sony Pictures, Sony Music, E! Entertainment, Power 106, and the Billboard Awards) and grassroots non-profits alike, leaving an indelible mark on each endeavor. Notably, she has contributed to The White House's "My Brother's Keeper Initiative" under President Barack Obama.
As the founder of Blu Dynasty, Inc., headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, Dr. Austin oversees an American business, financial, and media conglomerate. Blu Dynasty is the parent company of Kreative Mind Entertainment (KME), an entertainment and media management company; Firestarter Nation, a real estate company; Visit Your Children, a professional supervised visitation and family services company; and Speak Your Destiny, a management and publishing firm.
Dr. Austin earned her Doctorate of Leadership in 2024. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, ranked globally in the top 2% of prestigious Business Management Capsim®, and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications from Biola University. Her expertise encompasses Asset Management, Financial Investments, Business Strategy & Development, Product Design, Brand Marketing, and Consumer Promotions, among others.
